I finished to make GROW - style contents of SHIBAURA INSTITUTE OF
TECHNOLOGY in the college information site.
It's only as an college introduction, for purpose of illustration.
Please find some amusement in it and try to find that there may be
hidden ending or not.

game series]
Click panels in your selected order.
Items you click will grow and grow with each turn.
You will complete the game when all panels' level is max.
They effect each other as they grow.
So you have to think about the clicking order.
About bugs.
I'm sorry to be late for the bug patch.
Owing to the server,there has been time-lag to
update them.
I've finished to solve the bugs which some people
had told me to date, they
would be updated in this week.
and about the hidden ending.
It is very clear one, not kind of ambiguous one.
It is very difficult to find it.
You should play your hunches or pay attention
to the small changes
occurring, as there is little rules for the hidden
ending.
I love this game, but I cannot finish them. Are there any bug? I see that all things should be max lv. I can see the people eating, but it said that the lv of civil is only 3. This can be all max???
I'm having the same problem with the pink bot crashing my game. That's why I hate pink! :D
Anyway, I hope this will be fixed as soon as possible.
I assume this isn't the right path to the end, since people seem to have finished it without running into this?

I think its awesome! This next game in the Grow series is my favorite!
Maybe its because I waited, so now it feels even better than it would if the games came out very fast.

I got it in a couple of tries, and never encountered this "bug" people speak of. Although I had the family sit down at the picnic table after the game finished and it didn't count on my second try. (That was the last one I needed!)
As for the right combination... There's one object that acts on every turn. I'll leave you to figure out which it is on your own.

If you get the pink robot bug of doom you're very close to the correct ending. I got it time and time again then decided there MUST be a way. Just so you know if the little man hasn't stomped down the road before he falls in love you've messed up.

When you finish the game by yourself, you will really feel happy and enjoyable!
I finished also (obviously with a different sequence). The reason I put the sequence I used is so the programmer would know what caused the bug.
I love these games and have enjoyed everyone of them. They are a marvelous distraction/timesink when I am frustrated or bored with work.
ANOTHER BUG REPORT (different from the already posted one)!
When I choose as first 4 option the following sequence:
#Mechanical, civil, electrical, aeronautics/marine/automotive#
it doesn't let me choose "chemistry" as last option because the game freezes when the monster should show up from inside the volcano.
I also experienced the already posted bug (games freezes when the pink airship should start to fly --- see mechanical, architecture, civil, aeronautics, environmental, eletrical, computer, chemistry).
Another - very little - bug is that when you reset the game the box on the island doesn't close up after the ship has opened it once.
I'll replay this game when those bugs are going to be removed since I find them really annoying.
Anyway it's a really wonderful-looking game *.*
err....i think i found a solution that ended like this: the man chop down the forest and...he send a virus to the computer...it explode i got only architecture MAX...

I just had one problem. At the end of one of my not so great finishes it didnt show the ending stats of each project. But I played numberous times after (With out the maxing of all, but more time tomorrow) and I didnt have any problems. Keep up the good work. And thanks.
I think I know how do get an alternative ending, (well, the theory anyway)
You can get the chemistry to "UFO up", and you can sometimes get a UFO to fly down at the end, so I think If you do both at once the the UFO lands or something and then theres an alternative ending.
Anyone think so too?
To Joeyt: ya I think you're at the right track. But somehow after I got the ufo the game just stop. Shd be a bug problem right? Get the ufo to fly down? Hm... I'll try to get that one first.

about the bug, my few tries, the sequences you told that go the bug and my intution told me that happens when you put chemistry in last.
Maybe I'm wrong... especially if the solution actually finishes by chemistry!!

I found some bugs in this game.
- the game freeze when I click in the following order:
screw, wood, digger, steerling wheel, environmental engineering,
baterry, computer, chemical
- the alien on the moon sometimes appears sometimes doesn't
Really pity!
I was stuck everytime when the sequence is like:
mechanical- architecture- civil engine- aeronautics- environmental- electrical- com science- applied chem
And btw, previously, I got 6 max and still 2 left~

what's the thing with the drop arrow at the top right corner at the end? I can't read Japanese so I don't know what the additional buttons and such are >.>;
Hmmm.... So, there's still a bug(or some bugs), Right? But it's on a wrong path(or paths)... So I need to find some more other ways.

I finally beat it, but i never activated the "bug" you all talked about..... I thought the ending was cute though.

FYI, there are NO bugs in grow island. There are two endings, and it is definitely possible to max out all levels. Good luck...but if you can't do it trust me, it's not a bug.
I cannot finish the game! I think I've done the right sequence, but the game freezes when I choose the last symbol :-( The pink aircraft doesn't take off and so on... But at last I'm happy to know that the sequence was right! Very entertaining games these GROW!
For those who are struggling ill give you a hint, without spoiling it. You got most of it right, there is juust one thing that you have to switch around. Guess yourself. The ending is sort of like WOW....
My precedent post with hints on the solution was (legitimately) deleted. Sorry On if my hints were too much explicit >.< However all I can say without spoiling anything is that you must notice any -little- variation.
Briefly, you must summon the alien, transfer power to him and make him conquer the human on his way. I hope these hints are subtile enough not to get deleted ^.^

first few times it froze on me, but it got fixed up. i still haven't gotten to the secret ending, but trying!
All my best is just reaching Lv.max for all excepted for Civil-Engineering. Anyone can tell me if I really completed this game but it is a bug or still I just did it in a wrong sequence ?

I got The all MAX ending, and the UFO ending. =) its very cool. cube is still the best one.
if you open the chest and then reset the game, it doesn't close LOL. also the game freezes under certain sequences. still a very well done game. i wish there was many more. make one that has like 20 icons to choose from, that would be REALLY hard =]

We seemed to finish the grow op(haha!)
But the Civil and the Applied Science didn't level up on the last round.
Although the ending did happen, so we tryed another few different ways.
But that was the closest that we got.

1.Aliens don't very much care for the enviorment.
2.Things that take alot of time to level up dont need to be first.
3.The guy doesnt have to have his robot for him to think of growing flowers.
I don't want to give away more than that, but it should still help you get a general idea.

One question... what are the other part... when you click on the Triangle at the top or something... it shows a few other things above some of the buildings... wats that ?
I tried a combination, which for me seemed to be the most logical one, and the game just stopped.
The animation kept going, but it all stopped growing, and there were no final results.
I don't wanna spoil anything, so I won't tell the combination, but the game certainly has a bug.
Ŏ_ŏ Seriously, what is the *point* of playing at all if you're just doing what a walkthrough tells you too? That's not even playing at all! I feel guilty just reading the clues people give on this thread… Guh, I guess there's no point in me saying it, it's just one person's perspective—but I just don't see where the satisfaction is... (And I'm beating my brains out trying to get the UFO ending, so I guess people who take the easy way and then say 'they' got it annoy me a bit >_>).

I now are wonned all eyemaze games and i can tell that growCube is the best and growIsland are the second of the best. This game is really interesting and funny with many different endings and cool animation. I wish that in the future there will be more grow games like growCube ver.2 or something :D

I don't know if anyone has posted about this bug, and I'm not about to read all 1 million just to find out, but the game also freezes up if you go: circle, pickaxe, bolt, computer, battery, logs, chemistry... and then an alien flies down and plants itself in the volcano... and then nothing.

I LOVED IT!!! The end of Grow Island is so cute!! I tried to finish it yesterday, but I couldn't. I guess you finally managed to solve the bug problem because today I was finally able to do it, and Im so GLAD!!! does anybody know the name of the grow game where a king is being attacked by invaders or sumthing. and u can plant a seed which turns into a magical forest, u can make a cave where a dragon comes etc. i've been trying to look for it for AGES!!!!

Wow, what an awesome game! Anyone who says they beat it right away is either lying or got extremely lucky. This was definitely the hardest one so far. I had to make a boolean table on a piece of paper to finally beat it.

Any chance you'll include the other fields later on? I notice that when you lose a bunch of other engineering disciplines appear that aren't available during the game.
Wow... this game is so awesome. There are two different solutions to get everything maxed out. One way is the cute family way that gets the boat, pink dog, etc. The other way is where everything turns into an alien world. It is so cute, even the house turns into planets and the family members all become aliens. You all have to try to figure out this solution!!!!!

awesome, i love the grow games. This one was kinda tricky, but i got it within an hour. I like the ending. I am not sure what the special ending is, does it have somthing to do with the alien on the moon?
Is this game missing some buttons? Cause at the end when everything is almost there I can't finish it. And then the little screen comes down and shows you the buttons you used plus some new ones. I don't understand. Can you use those buttons?

Ya, i keep trying sometimes (a lot of the time) the game wont go just a box pops up since im Enlish i cant read what it says! It did not crash my game when i got to pink....well I never made it past that part anyways oh well keep trying to fix that bug!!

What a good game, but i wish i coulf get everything to the max. So far i've gotten everything except the computer science and chemistry....i had all the potions for the chemistry set, but the chemistry set itself broke during the volcanic erruption. -_-;
Yay, this is the 2nd Grow I've finished, after the RPG one, without any help or hints.
I found two ways to get the same ending, but they are just two slight variations of each other so i guess it wasn't the hidden ending.
Grow games are addicting cept i hate myself when i use hints and walkthroughs

civil engineering can be maxed - and it's adorable when it is, people, so keep trying.
I don't want to give too much away, but a hint for y'all that have trouble with civil engineering - stairs are good, but only after 2 bags of garbage are burned.

how do u do it i get to the end and the yellow guy gets stuck and wont go up the stairs (but u need 2 use items when no 1 moves so they go) but dont run out of items can sum 1 tell me wat order its in cos i played it for 1 day & 18hrs

My brother found the secret ending! the secret ending is where the dad goes out after chopping down some trees then he gets turned into an alien by a UFO, then he goes home and then a few seconds later about 20 aliens appear out of the house, go through a portal and then go arund in a circle around a large triangular power house. the island becomes controled by aliens and then everything, instead of being on max, go to UFO lvl.
alright everyone, here's the final solution: google it. don't be stupid and ask for a solution that is right at your fingertips. a very reliable site is "jayisgames".

woah this ones soo cool! the little transforming robot machine thing is very well imagined, clever way of making the family too. Timing is everything in this game...little scared of the giant lava bunny though. I actually managed to complete it fairly qickly which :D

i've beeten all the grow games and i think this one is the best (manyle because the ufo ending is awsome but i like the ability to end the game in more then just one way)
Everyone asking about spoilers and hints, why not try looking around for a walkthrough? There are plenty out there. Anyhow, love the games, this site has had me addicted for weeks.
Bug report:
If the 3rd and 4th item(in the sequence) for the hidden ending is reversed, it will stop at the 7th scene, that is, 1 item remaining but cannot click.

I'm having the same problem with the pink bot crashing my game. That's why I hate pink! :D
Anyway, I hope this will be fixed as soon as possible.
I assume this isn't the right path to the end, since people seem to have finished it without running into this?

THERE IS A SERIOUS BUG
As reported by slikmar, everytime "mechanical" gets to a pink robot the game simply stops responding (crash/bug). This sequence will cause this bug:
mechanical, architecture, civil, aeronautics, environmental, eletrical, computer, chemistry
I have also bumped into other sequences where mechanical is first that will also crash with no reaction at all.

I think its awesome! This next game in the Grow series is my favorite!
Maybe its because I waited, so now it feels even better than it would if the games came out very fast.

I got it in a couple of tries, and never encountered this "bug" people speak of. Although I had the family sit down at the picnic table after the game finished and it didn't count on my second try. (That was the last one I needed!)
As for the right combination... There's one object that acts on every turn. I'll leave you to figure out which it is on your own.

If you get the pink robot bug of doom you're very close to the correct ending. I got it time and time again then decided there MUST be a way. Just so you know if the little man hasn't stomped down the road before he falls in love you've messed up.

I finished also (obviously with a different sequence). The reason I put the sequence I used is so the programmer would know what caused the bug.
I love these games and have enjoyed everyone of them. They are a marvelous distraction/timesink when I am frustrated or bored with work.

ANOTHER BUG REPORT (different from the already posted one)!
When I choose as first 4 option the following sequence:
#Mechanical, civil, electrical, aeronautics/marine/automotive#
it doesn't let me choose "chemistry" as last option because the game freezes when the monster should show up from inside the volcano.
I also experienced the already posted bug (games freezes when the pink airship should start to fly --- see mechanical, architecture, civil, aeronautics, environmental, eletrical, computer, chemistry).
Another - very little - bug is that when you reset the game the box on the island doesn't close up after the ship has opened it once.
I'll replay this game when those bugs are going to be removed since I find them really annoying.
Anyway it's a really wonderful-looking game *.*

I think I know how do get an alternative ending, (well, the theory anyway)
You can get the chemistry to "UFO up", and you can sometimes get a UFO to fly down at the end, so I think If you do both at once the the UFO lands or something and then theres an alternative ending.
Anyone think so too?

screw, wood, digger, steerling wheel, environmental engineering,

FYI, there are NO bugs in grow island. There are two endings, and it is definitely possible to max out all levels. Good luck...but if you can't do it trust me, it's not a bug.

I cannot finish the game! I think I've done the right sequence, but the game freezes when I choose the last symbol :-( The pink aircraft doesn't take off and so on... But at last I'm happy to know that the sequence was right! Very entertaining games these GROW!

For those who are struggling ill give you a hint, without spoiling it. You got most of it right, there is juust one thing that you have to switch around. Guess yourself. The ending is sort of like WOW....

My precedent post with hints on the solution was (legitimately) deleted. Sorry On if my hints were too much explicit >.< However all I can say without spoiling anything is that you must notice any -little- variation.
Briefly, you must summon the alien, transfer power to him and make him conquer the human on his way. I hope these hints are subtile enough not to get deleted ^.^

All my best is just reaching Lv.max for all excepted for Civil-Engineering. Anyone can tell me if I really completed this game but it is a bug or still I just did it in a wrong sequence ?

Hola, después de jugar mucho conseguí acabar con todo en el máximo nivel....el juego es precioso, pero si al acabarlo le damos a la flechita de arriba salen mas cosas, un móvil por ejemplo...No se puede continuar metiendo mas cosillas??? xD

I got The all MAX ending, and the UFO ending. =) its very cool. cube is still the best one.
if you open the chest and then reset the game, it doesn't close LOL. also the game freezes under certain sequences. still a very well done game. i wish there was many more. make one that has like 20 icons to choose from, that would be REALLY hard =]

We seemed to finish the grow op(haha!)
But the Civil and the Applied Science didn't level up on the last round.
Although the ending did happen, so we tryed another few different ways.
But that was the closest that we got.
Thank you so much for the hours of amusement the games have!

Some hints for alternate:
1.Aliens don't very much care for the enviorment.
2.Things that take alot of time to level up dont need to be first.
3.The guy doesnt have to have his robot for him to think of growing flowers.
I don't want to give away more than that, but it should still help you get a general idea.

I tried a combination, which for me seemed to be the most logical one, and the game just stopped.
The animation kept going, but it all stopped growing, and there were no final results.
I don't wanna spoil anything, so I won't tell the combination, but the game certainly has a bug.

I now are wonned all eyemaze games and i can tell that growCube is the best and growIsland are the second of the best. I don't know if anyone has posted about this bug, and I'm not about to read all 1 million just to find out, but the game also freezes up if you go: circle, pickaxe, bolt, computer, battery, logs, chemistry... and then an alien flies down and plants itself in the volcano... and then nothing.

this was cool, I too only got to civil engineering lvl 3 but i heard the trumpets so i think i passed lol. cool game.

I now am wonned all eyemaze games and I can tell that GrowCube is the best of all and GrowIsland is a secound of the best, but I can't find that alien ending. Anyway, I hope that in the future there will be more games like these :D

Wow, what an awesome game! Anyone who says they beat it right away is either lying or got extremely lucky. This was definitely the hardest one so far. I had to make a boolean table on a piece of paper to finally beat it.

awesome, i love the grow games. This one was kinda tricky, but i got it within an hour. I like the ending. I am not sure what the special ending is, does it have somthing to do with the alien on the moon?

Is this game missing some buttons? Cause at the end when everything is almost there I can't finish it. And then the little screen comes down and shows you the buttons you used plus some new ones. I don't understand. Can you use those buttons?

Ya, i keep trying sometimes (a lot of the time) the game wont go just a box pops up since im Enlish i cant read what it says! It did not crash my game when i got to pink....well I never made it past that part anyways oh well keep trying to fix that bug!!

What a good game, but i wish i coulf get everything to the max. So far i've gotten everything except the computer science and chemistry....i had all the potions for the chemistry set, but the chemistry set itself broke during the volcanic erruption. -_-;

Yay, this is the 2nd Grow I've finished, after the RPG one, without any help or hints.
I found two ways to get the same ending, but they are just two slight variations of each other so i guess it wasn't the hidden ending.
Grow games are addicting cept i hate myself when i use hints and walkthroughs

it is soooo cute! I'd spend hours on it if i didn't solve it all in half an hour.
civil engineering can be maxed - and it's adorable when it is, people, so keep trying.
I don't want to give too much away, but a hint for y'all that have trouble with civil engineering - stairs are good, but only after 2 bags of garbage are burned.

Wow i finally got it done! I didn't expect to get the last chemicals on the moon and from the train. But it's awesome, and the family is SOO adorable! Great game. So, if i maxed everything, is that the secret ending?

My brother found the secret ending! the secret ending is where the dad goes out after chopping down some trees then he gets turned into an alien by a UFO, then he goes home and then a few seconds later about 20 aliens appear out of the house, go through a portal and then go arund in a circle around a large triangular power house. the island becomes controled by aliens and then everything, instead of being on max, go to UFO lvl.

the author commented about the
hidden ending that it is very
difficult to find .. so i assumed
that its a kind of very hard to
establish meeting between the weird
green teletuby on the moon and the
happy earthern family .. in peace ..
but it turned out that its a kind of
tomy knockers finale .. er what
happened to the little kid (horror) :(
as the solution for the alien-version
is very simple .. i wonder
if there is a third ending ?
as far my memory goes do eight cards
roughly have 20 thousand possibilities
i won't try all of these!!

woah this ones soo cool! the little transforming robot machine thing is very well imagined, clever way of making the family too. Timing is everything in this game...little scared of the giant lava bunny though. I actually managed to complete it fairly qickly which :D

Bug report:
If the 3rd and 4th item(in the sequence) for the hidden ending is reversed, it will stop at the 7th scene, that is, 1 item remaining but cannot click.
